Neuro Connection Foundation

Since 1992, Neuro Connection Foundation has provided expert long term rehabilitation to those with neurological conditions such as Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy and Brain Injury.

They aim to empower people with these conditions to lead more independent lives.

Their rehabilitation has seen improvements in strength, motor skills, balance, co-ordination, communication and social wellbeing.

Their values of being inclusive, committed, empowering and ethical underpin everything they do. The team’s mission is simply to focus simply on your potential - your ability to overcome and not your disability to endure.
