24 Jul 2023Sailability Wellington is an inclusive sailing club for people with disabilities. With over 200 sailing members and 70 experienced volunteers, the team sail up to 6 days a week from their bases at Seaview, Evans Bay and Onepoto (Porirua). Each sailor can participate in activities that match their personal interest and capability. Sailability Wellington has 27 specially designed Hansa yachts and 3 support boats and operates with strict safety protocols.

The donation will enable us to replace our oldest training yacht which is nearly 20 years old and is almost past repair. The new boat resembles the one pictured here, but is pink in colour. "
